2005-2006 Tenth Season
Reebok (CCM) Airknit. Set 1. Neck tagging 54.
NHL-MGG No. C02571

This jersey shows pretty decent game wear in areas, though not an abundance of black marks. The left shoulder sports a nice board burn on the seam, as well as a small hole from the same burn. There is also a nice repair just above the crest. There are a few nmarks on the sleeves with the majority on the left side. The Colorado ten-year anniversary patch is sewn to the right chest. The Meigray tag is sewn in the rear hem, and the jersey is accompanied by the NHL-MGG LOA. This season's jerseys are tagged "04-05" as the jerseys were prepped prior to the lockout—an additional tag has been sewn next to the set tag designating the jersey as having been worn in 05-06 instead.

Brett Mclean

Brett McLean was born August 14, 1978 in Comox, British Columbia. Originally drafted by the Dallas Stars in 1997, McLean signed as a free agent with the Chicago Blackhawks in the summer of 2002. A graduate of the WHL, McLean spent five seasons with stops in Tacoma, Kelowna and Brandon.

The Comox, British Columbia native spent his first three seasons of professional hockey bouncing from the AHL (Cincinnati, Saint John, Houston), IHL (Cleveland) and ECHL (Johnstown) before getting his opportunity with the Chicago Blackhawks during the 2002-03 season. An offensively gifted player, McLean spent the majority of the 2002-03 season with the team's AHL affiliate in Norfolk where he finished with 61 points (23-38-61) in 77 games, while seeing action in two games with the parent club in Chicago.

In 2003-04, McLean earned a full time roster spot with Chicago and went on to tally 31 points (11-20-31) in 76 games, before joining the Colorado Avalanche in the summer of 2004. In his first season with the Avs, McLean nearly matched his career high posting 28 points through 78 games with the club.

After two seasons with the Colorado Avalanche, McLean signed a three-year contract with the Florida Panthers.
