Estate Planning Services

The Colorado Veterans Coalition operates in affiliation with SouthWest Estate Planners, Inc. of Houston, Texas. As such, we are licensed and trained to address any estate planning needs that may be necessary in helping our Veterans meet eligibility requirements to secure the Aid and Attendance benefit.

Our estate planning fees are paid through policy commissions by those companies we write for, so when reallocation of assets becomes necessary, we are also able to do this at no cost to the Veteran or the Veteran’s family.

In certain situations, specific legal documents may be necessary or desired. We contract with a local attorney for those services at the attorney’s rate—our client works directly with the attorney with no middle markup whatsoever by our company.

We will happily provide references on request.
