Information for ALFs

Our primary contact with Veterans is provided through presentations scheduled and hosted by local Veterans communities, such as Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) and Nursing Homes.

Through these presentations we arrange one-on-one meetings with the Veteran or family to make a preliminary assessment of their situation and eligibility.

We conduct these presentations at your facility free of charge.

If you are a Facilities Director or know of a facility whose residents might benefit from our services, we would like to hear from you.
